MIG WELDER / FABRICATOR
Monday – Friday : 7:00a – 3:30p
JOB SUMMARY:
HilArk Industries, the manufacturer of HilBilt dump bodies as well as HilArk specialty trailers and pup trailers, is currently seeking talented MIG Welders to join our team. 2+ years in MIG / Wire Feed welding and Fabrication is preferred but NOT a requirement. Candidates MUST pass pre-employment drug screening. Satisfactory criminal background check is a requirement.
Pre-employment welding test will be issued at the time of scheduled appointment and will consist of Flat, Overhead & Downhill “T-Joint” welds. Candidates MUST be able to spend long hours on their feet as well as lift up to 70lbs. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment is a must.
Some overtime MAY be required but is not a weekly demand. Standard work-week is Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
SALARY & COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Salary range is based on experience and generally begins in the $17-$19+/Hour range. Health / Vision / Dental / 401k / Disability are available and will be discussed at candidates request during initial or follow-up interviews.
